That post doesn't mean anything. "Will someone die?" "Yes." I'm sure a bunch of evil minions kick the bucket in this film, it doesn't necessarily mean a central character.

Why would he promise this? What sicko fans want someone to die? This is crazy. Whedon said the same thing about Age of Ultron and it was the 1-dimensional nobody Quicksilver who died. Wouldn’t be surprised if the same thing happens here. Although one can dream about Drax meeting a fiery end...

Someone has died in each of the other films. Groot died in the 1st. This new Groot seems more like his child than the original Groot. Yondu died in 2. Peter lost his biological father & what functioned as a father in Vol 2. However, Rocket mentioned not having a long life span in the first film, didnt he? But I could see Nebula dying to save Gamora. Or Mantis could die. Also Quill's mother died in the first film

Why would he promise this? What sicko fans want someone to die? This is crazy. Game of Thrones turned a lot of people into retards. They just want impartant characters to die in cheap, lazy and forced ways regardless of if there's any thematic of narrative reason for it.
