Kyler Murray and Baker Mayfield are two I know for sure since they're the most recent. I'm not much of a college sports fan so any memory I have of Heisman winners would be based on draft profiles I read at the time. Though, Cam Newton is definitely one because he was among the most hyped.

Easy to forget that Jameis won the Heisman, given that he's essentially a pariah now. Yes, 30 interceptions is a lot, but let's not forget the guy's coming off a 5000 yard season. He's at least a talented quarterback, if dangerously aggressive.
