Whoa, the Giants just pulled off the steal of the draft. They got tight end Evan Engram! Holy shit. The word is this guy Engram is Tony Gonzalez/Shannon Sharpe good already! People have already said Engram is a Hall of fame caliber player.
And we got him.

I'm actually more furious that they passed on Khalil Mack. Why would they want a monster LB who played college ball in Buffalo? Instead, they draft a WR to try to cover up EJ Manuel, one of the biggest fuckups in Draft history. |

Jets and Chiefs actually got the two gems in the draft.
Adams in the secondary for the Jets can really turn that franchise into the right direction.
And Mahomes.... I have been watching that guy play every game for two years. He was must see TV unlike any athlete on Earth. I am sad that he declared for the draft this year. Another year at Texas Tech was going to be even more insane than last year. Let me put it this way: I saw that guy throw 88 times in a game for 770 yards. One of the great sport watching experiences in history. Was absolutely incredible.

Very few QBs seem to have the skill set necessary for success in the NFL. Starting with how to read a defense. |

I'm not complaining about the Bills draft (for a change). They wanted Mike Williams (another Clemson player? really?). When he got taken, they traded sown, got another 1st next year and picked up a real need in Tre'Davious White, a corner. Then get a real receiver in Zay Jones, The Zay Hey Kid!
Best thing, they stayed away from Deshone Kizer.

I'm not complaining about the Bills draft (for a change). They wanted Mike Williams (another Clemson player? really?). When he got taken, they traded sown, got another 1st next year and picked up a real need in Tre'Davious White, a corner. Then get a real receiver in Zay Jones, The Zay Hey Kid! Best thing, they stayed away from Deshone Kizer. Trading down was smart. Again, I've only got NFL.com ratings to go by because I refuse to pay ESPN to read their insider fluff, but White seems fairly well rated out of the CBs I saw. Time will tell. |
