I don't know if anyone is interested, but here is a 14-minute documentary from the 1960s with scenes of putting together a newspaper. The uploader says it is from 1963, I don't know if they are correct. I hope they are, since I submitted a page for the film to IMDb. Unfortunately, the upload quality is low. The short was produced by the "Department of film production" of the Australian state of Tasmania. I believe a lot of what is shown could apply to anywhere in 1963, though. I particularly enjoyed the scenes of the printing press. I have absolutely no idea how this short was distributed (theatrical? non-theatrical? television? well?)

It reminded me of the movies that they used to show in school when I was young, colour was distorted and sound so dizzy and out of key. 16 mm movies
