I have a feeling this movie is going to be a mess. It feels like it's been in development hell for decades.

Olivia Cooke or Jane Levy could work.

Olivia Cooke or Jane Levy could work. The rumors say that WB is looking for someone around 21-25 years old. I donβt know if they have to be that specific age range, but Cooke and Levy are older than that.

I don't know if it would actually matter. Only time I've seen Ezra Miller with an onscreen girlfriend was on Royal Pains. I know it was a long time ago, but you can tell, even back then, that he wasn't really into girls. The girl that was supposed to be his girlfriend came off more like a sister to him. That's if it's still Miller playing the Flash...

That kind of makes me wonder what the hell WB was thinking when casting him.

But for the role of the Flash itself, I can see their decision as an attempt to emulate Marvel using Spider-Man as the wide-eyed newcomer. Or they just had no clue.
