I'm sure there's some more I'm missing, but horror villains and heroes alike have notorious voices. I'm sure there are a few obvious choices on this list but I mixed it up from different eras of horror and give you the option to choose two.

are the tops. I don't think there is anyone in the younger generations that come close--they don't have the vocal strength.
Maybe Doug Bradley and Tony Todd but they don't have the personality range in characters to compete with the oldies.

Honorable Mention: William Marshall in BLACULA (1972) and its sequel. (He was also known for the classic Star Trek episode "The Ultimate Computer" and as the King of Cartoons on Pee Wee's Playhouse.)
