Oh, GREAT a response from someone that my computer DOESN'T allow me to SEE.
How do you know they replied if you cannot see them ?

I tell my compter who I want to see .. not vice versa ... perhaps that is the problem ... your computer controls what you do !

How does that work? Are YOU supposed to pretend it's someone from Star Trek saying it other than the actual character from the actual film? I've noticed that you put Star OR Trek in YOUR thread titles.

I've noticed that you put Star OR Trek in YOUR thread titles. Generally speaking, yes, you are supposed to pretend it's someone from Star Trek saying it other than the actual character from the actual film. In the sticky thread at the top of the Movie Quotes board I explain the concept as follows: If you're new to this, the idea is pick a movie, any movie, and start a thread where each post consists of a memorable quote from that movie. Then you illustrate the quote with a picture usually, but not always from Star Trek, and hilarity ensues. Here's an example - say someone starts a quote thread for Jaws (1975) and then they post this: "You're gonna need a bigger boat." Later in the the sticky thread, you'll find a sort of "greatest hits" of memorable quotes from when we hit 100 and 150 threads.

You're welcome! I decided to get rid of it (instead of just disabling it) since I don't use it anyway.
