I imagined that that would’ve happened with the Watchtower. Cyborg, Batman, and Superman bring in all their tech together to build it.

Batman probably wouldn’t trust alien tech. That might extend to Cyborg since he’s made from a Mother Box.

Batman's pride wouldnt let him unless it was a last resort ie world-ending scenario. He would want to figure it out on his own. Also a similar-ish reason as to why he doesnt use guns. Does things his own way
