I haven't seen it myself, but I remember that The Gumball Rally 1976 was very popular among my class mates at school. Car chases and burning rubber movies were popular if low-budget movies, like Death Race 2000 1975 and Cannonball 1976, in the pre-Smokey and the Bandit days.

Unfortunately, I only remember him from "Desperate Voyage," in which his character didn't last very long.

Certainly I saw him in other productions without realizing who he was. Thanks for giving this man some recognition.
