I haven't eaten gefiltefish for years. And it's usually quite expensive, about 7 bucks a jar. So after Passover I saw it on sale for $1.79. I thought, why not, I'll buy it.
Question, what is the best way to serve gefiltefish? And/or what condiments go with it?

No, it's rather bland whitefish flaked and rolled in a ball. I crave it occasionally. But ask your sister in law. I have a whole jar in the refrigerator.

Question, what is the best way to serve gefiltefish? And/or what condiments go with it? She said it was one of her aunt's Christmas contribution She hated it and doesn't remember how it was fixed. I looked for recipes. They are time consuming. Can you drain it . Batter it. Deep fat fry it?

Well thanks for checking. Below Ambercat says eat it on bread with horseradish. I love horseradish. I'll try that.

Always studiously avoided it. Cold, gelationous, yuk.
