If so, what did you like . Or dislike about it if you didn't like it. I think it isn't funny. But it is ok I suppose.

Yes, I liked it. Funny spoof of movie franchises.
Rick Moranis as Dark Helmet alone makes it worth watching.

The Alien scene was funny, but as a Star Wars spoof, the ultimate is still Hardware Wars.

Never thought it was anything great, but it's fun.

It is a mixed bag for me, but still one of the better spoof movies.
It is a spoof movie I can tolerate, because the characters are actually likable and it has a entertaining story because it is spoofing movies that have a great story. Bill Pullman and John Candy are a great duo and Rick Moranis is hilarious as Dark Helmet.
Most spoof movies are spoofing movies with nowhere near the story quality of the Star Wars movies.

I think it's decent overall. The humor doesn't always work for me, but it has some very funny parts. The second half is pretty good, but the first half is just okay and holds it back for me.

Of course. Some parts are better than other. It gets a bit crazy with the ship turning into a giant maid with a vacuum cleaner but it's Mel Brooks in space. It's not his best but of course I love it.

It has its moments. Catman will watch it if he happens across it.

It's not Brooks' best work, but it's good fun.

No, I didn't enjoy it at all. Brooks isn't really my kind of comedy and Spaceballs is probably his worst from the ones I've seen. Dracula: Dead and Loving It was really painful too.

I liked the movie. The very recent quote thread is also quite enjoyable.

I liked it better than Star Wars. For years I've tried to think how to put together a good Barf costume for Halloween.

Yes, I liked it. It was the first Mel Brooks film that I had seen and I liked that it was a parody of science fiction films. It's not the best film he made, but the jokes landed and the cast was likable.
