Wonder why some people give Christianity a bad name? YOU just demonstrated it. You can't accept that this man doesn't agree with you. He did at one time; he doesn't any longer. When you project your beliefs onto him, you're displaying your own limitations. This man can speak for himself. He already has. He doesn't need you distorting his words or trying to reinterpret them. That you feel the need to do so speaks of insecurity on your part. That is what Christians do. That is Christianity 101. Theirs is a long history of translation and interpretations and manipulation of words since the Bible was 'assembled'. That is why there are so many sects and denominations which all think that their little effort is the correct and only one. It is a logical and logistic nightmare, which is why you get posters like Sailorjay on here and mslo and Cody on RFS posting all this mumbo jumbo brainwashing jargon. To me modern Christianity is the very epitome of hypocrisy and in USA particularly now with the evangelicals forming part of Trump's base. Frankly, it and they are a huge joke.

You say this is what Christians do and that is ironic coming from you and embers... since that is what you are both doing right now. My case is built on the fact that the Christian religion has many variants and they all believe they are correct and logically they can't all be. My case is built on the fact that the evangelical Christian churches back Donald Trump despite his obvious moral failings therefore they and you are hypocrites. Your book is made up bullshit and even if there is some good stuff in it, you mostly don't follow it. |
