Justice League 2 - With Patty Jenkins as the director =). Probably won't happen, then again WW looks to be easily the best of the DCEU, and I like what I'm seeing from JL due this November.
Bond 25 - Part of me wants a new Craig Bond, but frankly the direction the last two films have taken Bond into a none-Spy feel. Perhaps a reboot with more M:I feel for it.
Aquaman 2 - Sure it could be crap (the first) but I like the team behind it, and I like what I saw of Aquaman in the JL trailer.
Guy Ritchie's Aladdin - I never bothered with the 90's version, I'm not much into animation unless its Tim Burton. Sure they are talking about casting, etc but I don't trust a supposed green light until it begins filming, yeah I'm weird that way. And from what I've heard King Arthur (Guy's next film) is a dud all the way around.
A new/different take on Watchmen by Warner Bros. - I liked Snyder's but I'm open for a different take.
A third Pacfic Rim (if the 2nd is a success) giving the reins or writing soley back to Del Toro.
This last one, it's a stretch:
Knight and Day 2: I absolutely love Cruise and Diaz, and I loved the movie for all sorts of reasoning. Cruise has gained a lot back of his domestic popularity and Diaz coming back from "retirement" would be cool, anyway this won't happen but one can dream =).

We don't even know what it is, but I'm excited for the untitled Star Wars Anthology film.

I'd like to see Bond 25 once the distribution rights issue is sorted out.

There's still the Boba Fett rumor and the Obi-Wan on Tatooine rumor, but nothing has actually been confirmed. An Obi-Wan solo movie with Ewan McGregor would be my choice. I always kind of imagined a Spaghetti Western-esque story of Kenobi's adventures on Tatooine. That's wishful thinking though.

I would be on board for that. I'm anxiously waiting for the day that we'll be getting a R rated movie called "Vader" taking place after Episode III.

But yeah, that could be one hell of a movie. Imagine Denis Villeneuve or Ridley Scott directing that. Maybe even Gareth Edwards or James Mangold could do it justice after Rogue One and Logan, respectively.

As much as I'd love Dennis Vill, or Sir Ridley directing, I want more James Mangold. After Logan, I wanna see what else this guy could do...And damn does he know how to stage a good fight scene. I can totally imagine him setting up some hella badass fight scenes.

I enjoyed the last one but it seems it didn't make a lot of money. Another Predator vs. Alien film - but this time done right.

Star Trek 4, well technically it has been green-lit but nothing has happened for it yet, other than Zachary Quinto saying it might not even happen.

Being a longtime Ferrari racing fan ( I have been to 3 FORMULA ONE Grand Prix races - 2x in Monaco and 1x in Montreal) --
Michael Mann's long-gestating project on ENZO FERRARI!
I understand it is not going to focus solely on the racing ( maybe like the classic GRAND PRIX or the more recent RUSH) or a straightforward biopic but will focus on a particular year ( 1957) in the life of the iconic founder of FERRARI, as he faces both triumph and tragedy!

AKIRA... but they'll fuck it up. It could be awesome if done right though.
Most of all I want to see original properties. Not more re-boots, sequels, adaptations, or prolonging dying franchises. The studios are afraid to do original stuff.
But everything we love was once an original idea (Star Wars, Star Trek, Indiana Jones, Matrix, Avatar, etc.). It can be that way again if they just take a chance.
That being said... I wouldn't mind a big epic KING Conan movie starring Schwarzenneger.

Honestly, I would like to see the Vin Diesel Hannibal the Conqueror film that has been in development hell for years.
Not that I'm confident in Vin Diesel's ability to direct and star as Hannibal but I really would like to see a movie about 2nd Punic war.
