Who was on the first and last poster you remember putting up on your wall? As a kid, or as a college student, or now, whatever/whenever u did such activity ever anywhere, who was on it?
My first that I can remember was Michael Praed as Robin Hood.
My last is Edward Snowden.
Makes sense to me somehow, that these were my choices.
What about you?

My first was either Michael Jackson or Ralph Macchio (Karate Kid). I can't remember my last.. Jack Nicholson (the scene from The Shining where he's going 'Here's Johnny!') / Marilyn Monroe / Mickey Rourke in a scene from Angel Heart (he's sitting on a bus and there's a sign that reads 'for colored patrons only'.

Cool posters. I remember only 4 posters I ever had on my walls, they were: Robin Hood, poster for the movie Alive with Ethan Hawk, poster of Dustin Hoffman, and then Edward Snowden. I think it tells you a bit about a person what they put on their walls

EmperorNot really a poster, but this sticker: Picture of this man. Not a poster, but I cut his picture from a newspaper and framed it: I also nailed some weird stuff on the wall. Cassettes, chains, etc.

Cassettes, chains, etc. this poster would probably give me nightmares. But the nailing cassettes sound interesting. Got a photo of your than wall? Sounds unique.

No. That was about 20 years ago.
The picture of that man (Mattiesko Hytönen) was cool, because it felt like his eyes always followed you wherever you went in that room. I also had a large poster of an evil, grinning german shepherd and there was also this creepy little room embedded in the wall, which I covered with curtains. Some of my friends found that (larger) room scary and they said that they wouldn't want to sleep there. They said it felt like there was someone lurking behind the curtains.

I think the first were a re-release poster of 'Mean Streets' (1973) which I got free in a film magazine (folded up), and then I went and got a poster of 'Taxi Driver' (1976). I later bought one of 'Goodfellas' (1990).
Last one was probably 'Assault Of The Party Nerds 2 : The Heavy Petting Detective' (1995), to go with my poster of 'Assault Of The Party Nerds' (1989). I wasn't a big poster buyer but I had framed photos of Linnea Quigley all over my walls when I was a teenager (now in a photo album). I wrote her a letter and she sent me an autographed picture back lol.

Interesting question. Haven't thought about posters in years. First? I think these two went up at the same time: Last was this one, in a nice brushed chrome frame, and signed by Shatner in the lower left corner: Still got it; it's just not hanging right now (along with others in matching frames for Bonnie and Clyde, The Odd Couple, Chinatown, Cabaret and a few more I've forgotten...I must inventory that basement one of these days).
