With concerns about a COVID second wave I get why they're doing this. It's disappointing though. I get it too, but then it might flop like KotM as well because of it.

No surprise. pg13 in the US, is what the majority of these monster features are rated. Non-news really. Yeah, I doubt anyone expected anything different.

Can't and won't the King of the Monsters just fry the other King and feast on radioactive roast Kong?

Can't and won't the King of the Monsters just fry the other King and feast on radioactive roast Kong? I’ve been wondering the same thing. Godzilla has atomic breath and since KotM can now reshape himself into a nuclear weapon. So wtf can Kong even do? Hit him with a giant stick?

Really looking forward to this! I enjoyed the first two a lot. I liked both films but loved Skull Island more. The director for this one Adam Wingard promises the action will be wild. "...Taking to Instagram, Adam Wingard shared a screenshot of the explained rationale behind the PG-13 rating saying, "That's an understatement," with a winky face emoji." movieweb.com/godzilla-vs-kong-what-to-expect-adam-wingard/It was pleasantly surprising how dark Skull Island was with its tone and violence for a PG-13. Like if I would have watched as a kid, say 8-13, there would probably be real moments that scarred/frightened me. The huge bugs, the off-screen kills, etc.

I had such a blast at Kong:Skull Island. I feel more relaxed now the director is doing the Metal Gear Solid movie.
