Do you eat it as is, or make additions?
I got my favorite chinese food today. 2 pounds for $9.95. Beef flat noodles with sate sauce, onions, carrots, and peppers.
But I added roasted garlic, sesame sauce, dried onions, and red chill peppers.

I don't add, no. Except extra ketchup to my burgers, I guess.

Pizza is my only take-out, and I'm very familiar with the offerings of the two pizzerias closest to me. I've never felt the need to add anything.
However, I wouldn't hesitate to make the kinds of additions that you described.

Nah, that defeats the purpose of take out for me. I only get it if no one feels like cooking or we just want to switch up our usual meals.

I don't add to take-out, our take-out is just burgers, pizza or Chinese. I don't eat the rice that comes with the Chinese and WKD eats very little rice. We tried ordering without rice but it led to too much confusion (very little English is spoken at the Chinese place we use) so we just take the rice and throw it out. Raccoons and possums don't like rice.

I normally throw my food in the Air fryer. I like my food cooked a little more well done then more. And for some reason for most Chinese places (where I live) you can not add them to do special things with your male on DoorDash .
