Hey good people! So I made buttermilk biscuits the other but there was no whole fat buttermilk to be found at the markets 🤬. So I did the old lemon juice in whole milk deal and my biscuits just didn’t taste the same. Anyone else ever notice a difference when ‘making’ their own or getting it from the store?

I use distilled white vinegar when I'm making my own buttermilk. Give it a try.
