Can you enjoy these type of movies? The so bad, they're good variety?
For me, there is something almost sublime about this kind of movie. Well done humor is great, but there is no well done comedy that can garner the same guffaw as a howling stinker.
My favorite unintentionally funny movies would be...
1. Persecution (1974) - Lana Turner in one of her last movies, acts alongside a chubby murderous tabby cat named Sheba. Echoes of Psycho. More belly laughs than any movie I know of. A real treat!
2. Amityville Horror, Part 4 - The whole movie is pretty funny, but the scene with the young boy wrestling with a power saw in the basement is especially hilarious.
3. Mary Jane Harper Cried Last Night - Not to make light of the subject matter, this 1977 tv movie is filled with hilariously awkward details. Tricia O'Neill's earnest overacting is a whole lot of fun.
4. Airport 1979 - By the end of the decade, the disaster cycle had spun itself out. The lack of energy here is so evident that this movie almost seems like intentional comedy. It's hard to tell with scenes like Charo smuggling her chihuahua in her muff, George Kennedy firing a pistol outside the window of the flying plane and Martha Raye's intestinal woe. But the movie is extremely entertaining.
5. Mommie Dearest - I can take this movie at least two different ways. One is that Faye Dunaway gives a fearless, stunning performance. The other is that this movie is a misconceived, misguided hoot and Faye Dunaway's performance is totally unbalanced. I've seen the movie 50 times and I'm still waiting for Tina's birthday carousel to tip over. The part where 65 year old JC replaces her daughter's 28 year old character on the soap opera is my personal favorite scene.
6. Damien: Omen 2 - The movie was so intent on having death scenes that topped the already over the top death scenes from the first movie that it was hard to be scared by the spectacle. The opening death scene where the two men are buried alive is bone chilling, but the others deaths I found hammy and unbelievable. William Holden and Lee Grant give good performances, though.
7. Food of the Gods 2: Gnaw - Giant rats invade a pool full of water ballet dancing girls during the climax.
8. Amityville Horror - I'm watching this right now. Cheesy fun, not scary at all and the puking nun has to be seen to be believed.
9. Snowbeast - 1977, and I think Sylvia Sidney is the only person to appear on my list twice. She played Aunt Marion in Damien: Omen 2.
10. And rounding out my top ten is not a movie, but an episode from my favorite tv show, "Charlie's Angels" - Angel on the Line, with everybody's favorite bug-eyed tranny, MARGO!!! I'd turned eleven three days prior to the episode's original broadcast in February of 1981 and time has not diminished the craziness! Meeting her demise via mud puddle, Margo is like Bobbie's jealous little sister from Dressed to Kill.
Any recommendations for more unintentional hilarity?

Far from an original answer, because it's not something I usually seek out, but due to it's infamy I gave The Room [2003] a look and found it's bordering on the absurd level of ineptness (particularly in regard to the writing/plot/structure) quite entertaining.

National Treasure is hilarious, but I still like it.

I always found Friday the 13th 5 hilarious, starting with the scene where a dimwitted fat kid gets murdered over a chocolate bar because the morons in charge of a halfway house thought it was a good idea to put a 40 year old teenager with anger issues in charge of chopping firewood. The director is a complete sleaze even by 80s slasher standards (there's a scene where a woman flashes HERSELF in a mirror, along with not a single bra in its entire 90 minute runtime). A Michael Jackson impersonator is killed while shitting out enchiladas in an outhouse while also singing a duet with his girlfriend, a redneck lady threatens the local sheriff with a suicide bombing because she's tired of kids having sex on her property, the main character inexplicably knows kung-fu. The movie is nuts.

The movie is nuts. Yeah, part five is kind of spastic. But it's pretty enjoyable.

The Room (2003)
Airborne (1993) (It might be listed as a comedy, but it's even funnier when it's not trying to be funny)
Only The Strong (1993)
The Wraith (1986)
Beastmaster (1982)
Troll 2 (1990)
Beowulf (1999)
Hobo With a Shotgun (2011) (I believe this film was specifically made to be 'so bad it's good,' so it may not count.
And that's just off the top of my head. The list goes on and on.

Well done humor is great, but there is no well done comedy that can garner the same guffaw as a howling stinker. Any recommendations for more unintentional hilarity? I absolutely love these kind of b-movies, especially those hilarious "accidents", that happens every now and then, and where somewhere early in the making, the people behind where thinking "we are gonna make a pretty good or decent movie with this one, guys" and then suddenly started to realize over the next few weeks, that everything which went seemingly the "wrong" way, somehow at the end of the day ended up taking a very different route into becoming a huge piece of great trashy entertainment! And speaking of Howling, how about the riduculous and campy Howling II: Your Sister Is A Werewolf (1985), which I think is one of those hilarious and awesome "accidents" that started up, well, maybe not as a "art movie" but surely on a more serious note, but turned soon into a complete parody of cheese and so much laughable scenes and moments, I just love everything about it. And yet, the great Christopher Lee somehow managed to play through the entire film with a straight face, while everybody else was going completely over-the-top in "acting" and behaviour. There are just so many funny and stupid scenes taking place, all over, so I have not much time to talk about or post every single one of them, but right now, one of the most hilarious "random" scenes is when a bunch of hungry werewolves, stacked back in a truck suddenly take notice of two jolly german tourists, and they decide to give them a little "lift", only to have their dinner served on a plate. It is just one of far too many comedy scenes, and again, why I love the film so much. And the best thing about the entire film, is of course the unforgettable end credits, which sure make good use of the main theme song by Babel (have to at least been played 5-10 times through the entire film) and also making damn sure that the viewer did not "forget" the lovely breasts to that of Sybil, and I think they are shown repeatedly, at least 15-20 times over, and the faces and expressions of the people and animals edited in, is just, pure comedy gold!

Captain Apache - To be honest, I'm not entirely certain if its meant to be a comedy but it plays with such a straight face that it's a masterful comedy if it is. I don't have many "so bad it's good films" but this is one of definitely them!

"Ben and Arthur" needs to be seen to be believed. I still suspect the director was trolling, but I'm not sure.

Another I saw is one called the Lock In. Its about a posessed porno magazine and how all porn leads to demonic possesion. Now that sounds like a comedy but its not. It's completely serious.

Thanks for the recommendation! With the subtitle, I wonder if the movie is a spoof or not. "The Thing with Two Heads" straddles the line beautifully. It is absolutely hysterical in its bad taste, but the humor somehow does not seem all that unintentional. Rosey Grier is extremely likable.

I used to think Billy Jack was fun. I saw The Trial of Billy Jack on the cable guide - for pay. I thought, I don't pay you to watch The Trial of Billy Jack; you pay me to watch it.
