I want to think Bachelor Father. I don't think it is the originator, though.

"Love American Style" and "Love Boat" were also horny and sex crazed shows of the 70s.

I think it may have been the first primetime sitcom where the characters talked openly about casual sex. Fox, from what I understand, was the envelope pusher of the time.

Fox, from what I understand, was the envelope pusher of the time. Fun Fact: Rakolta was a customer of mine back then. She was, I think, the first ever Karen.

As stated already, many shows featured characters engaging in casual dating, but Seinfeld was revolutionary on a couple of tv sexual fronts.
It was definitely the first show that had an episode totally about masturbation, although the actual word was NEVER uttered in the episode.
Seinfeld was the first show that I saw that featured an episode about a man performing oral sex on a woman. Once again, nothing was actually "said", it was all hinted at, but any adult with half a brain could totally understand what they were talking about.
The infamous "not that there's anything wrong with that" episode about people mistakenly thinking that Jerry and George were a couple was pretty raunchy at that time.
