I don't know that he's retiring completely. He might still write screenplays, but his next movie will be his last writing AND directing.

I hope not, you can continue to be a director well into your 70's ya know? Not if he’s out of ideas. I never trust someone saying they’re retiring but it is good to lower people’s expectations. |

He should retire from acting. I like his movies, but his presence in them is easily the worst thing.

If a filmmaker/actor/actress wants to get out while they're still good and/or feels bored, tired, jaded, wants to do something else, etc., then I have a lot more respect for them to get out than to keep going and burn themselves out.

Tarantino's function is to create anti-white propaganda. Thus he does not make movies about strong tough white characters. He made one film with jews massacring whites and he made another with blacks massacring whites. Revenge fantasies for communists.
He did his job, but chances are, his subjects will turn on him (he did move to Israel so he has a safe haven there). I suspect his "black period" is over--a white man would not be allowed to make content for the BLM crowd now.

Uh...his latest movie was about two white men who got to kill members of the Manson family. One of them even got to kick Bruce Lee around. Also, what about Butch Coolidge? |

And what are the Manson family known for? Allegedly wanting to start a race war by blaming black panthers for the murders. So he ends it with them being massacred instead.
Neither Pitt nor DiCaprio are old fashioned he-man types so their role playing amounts to a revenge fantasy too.
Who knows what was behind the Lee scene. Why not have Pitt run into William Smith instead? Or Jim Brown? Both were prominent in Hollywood of 1969.
