To the Bat Polls!
My favorite live-action screen Batmobile is the 1960s Batmobile driven by Adam West's Batman.
It looks like both a classic American muscle car (the actual body being a 1955 Lincoln Futura) and a rocket car of the future.
The 1960s live-action screen Batmobile also influenced all live-action screen Batmobiles to follow, with the incorporation of the flaming rear exhaust.

It's a toss-up between Batman '89 and Batman Begins.
Wouldn't the Nolan films all count as one? It's the same car in all three.

Probably BvS. It was like a combination of the Burton one and the Tumbler. If nothing else, Snyder knows how to make things look cool.

The Batmobile from Batman (1989) is the sleekest-looking of the bunch. There can be no improving on that design.
