Kiss that Cyborg spinoff goodbye then.

Kiss that Cyborg spinoff goodbye then. Funny thing is that Fisher thinks he's bigger than he is. They rebooted Batman on Afleck and he's a way bigger name than Fisher. Says he won't come back as Cyborg as long as Hamada is in charge? Heh Fisher is funny. They already forgot the character existed.

Affleck’s still playing Batman... There was a time he wasn't. The Batman was supposed to be his movie wasn't it? It was, but he dropped out of it for personal reasons. At the time, Affleck was unwilling to commit to his own Batman movie, which was why The Batman morphed into something separate from the DCEU.

Didn't decide to go with another character. They just kept going and retooled the movie with a new villain and cast. If they could do that with Affleck, Fisher has no chance. And him doing this (if it actually happened) is noble, but this being his first movie is career suicide. He'd be a grenade on set to the people in charge.

Geoff Johns, Jon Berg, Joss Whedon, Walter Hamada
That's a lotta beef for one guy.

He did recently nab a starring role in a limited series for ABC though, so it seems his career hasn’t ended yet.

Heard a rumour that Zack Snyder is the puppet master, using Fisher as his instrument to blast his enemies at WB, both to settle scores and to try to work his way back into making DC movies beyond the Snyder Cut of JL. I was on the fence over whether or not to believe it, but now I'm convinced. Walter Hamada gives an interview where he basically says that Snyder is finished after the Snyder Cut, and then Fisher goes after Hamada publicly. The timing is just too coincidental.

He started around the time the Snyder Cut was announced. I forget if it was just before or after. Back then it was only Whedon. It sounded like he was trying to get people on Snyder's side by putting down Whedon. It blew up into allegations after that. So yeah I'd believe it.

Should add "unconvincingly" to the title.

Reading up more on Fisher's behavior, from his refusing to speak with the outside investigators that he insisted WB hire, to repeating secondhand rumors he'd heard as fact, I'm finding it really hard to come to the conclusion that Fisher is just being a petty douche who's mad because his role wasn't as big as he thought it should be.

He’s not the only one involved in the movie whose said that the experience wasn’t very good.

Gal's issues own issues with Joss have more to them and than the Ray one.
