How much better is the metroid nes than the sequel in you opinion?
Of course the sequel is much friendlier than the first one which is not good. They give you map rooms recharge stations and save points. This game cares about you. It's a world fit exactly to your need.
There's no threat of loss in this game, so therefore it's not unforgiving like the first game.

Super Metroid is more polished and more fun for a general audience. The original is better in terms of conveying being lost in a hostile alien world and doesn't hold your hand at all. I understand some preferring the greater challenge of the original.

So i don't like the super nintendo version of it. Same thing with mega man . Like in general. they both have the super nintendo sequel spirit.
