I think the receiver got his hands on the kid - but didn't control it - as he and the kid hit the turf - and it was essentially a trapped kid.

But which guy was the receiver? Because whichever one was the other one clearly committed pass interference. |

I'm always intrigued by the guy holding the camera in these situations.
Kind of like the guy holding the camera when somebody is getting eaten alive by a shark.
i.e. - is there anything in side of them that says - 'Gee, maybe I should be trying to help......'
A bit like the Seinfeld Finale in a sense......well not really - but kind of....
