Another 'bus' from Hitch: THE MAN WHO KNEW TOO MUCH -- Jimmy and Doris and their little fella have a brief encounter with a gentleman in Morocco who will affect their lives (and the story) BUSted! Call me The Man Who Forgot Too Much. How silly of me to neglect the scene where Hank McKenna takes the veil.

Nightmare in Badham County has one of the least alluring lesbian romance scenes ever. lol Tina Louise is also almost unrecognizable as the sadistic guard overseer.
IN THE LINE OF FIRE Clint Eastwood takes the bus. He tells his partner he likes public transportation.

Another bus ride to vengeance. George Montgomery pulls into the New Mexico town of San Pablo (a not-at-all-disguised Santa Fe) looking for mobster Fred Clark in "Ride The Pink Horse" (1947), directed by Montgomery, cinematography by Russell Metty.

Got to include at least one Humphrey Bogart example. Will Bogie's bus leave the station before he is discovered? SEE "Dark Passage" (1947) to find out.

The lighter side of rapid transit: Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home
On a city bus, Kirk explains 20th-century Earth culture to Spock. "No one pays any attention to you unless you swear every other word."Spock applies Vulcan know-how when subduing a disruptive youth. Hanky PankyHaving stolen a stage magician's jacket, Gene Wilder finds surprises in the pockets instead of exact change. Arthur
Liza lets the bus go in favor of exploring other possibilities. LINDA: "That was an interesting kiss. Kiss your wife like that? ARTHUR: "I'm not married." LINDA: "688-5549. Don't expect big things on the first date."

If anyone wants to post a picture of the bus that shows up at the end of Dumb and Dumber, that would be swell.
One of my favorite final scene jokes in any movie.

On a city bus, Kirk explains 20th-century Earth culture to Spock. "No one pays any attention to you unless you swear every other word."Spock applies Vulcan know-how when subduing a disruptive youth. That was funny. Interestingly, I believe that was supposed to be the scene that had an Eddie Murphy cameo. They toyed with the idea of having Axel Foley appear in the film and I think he was supposed to encounter them on the bus.
Terrible idea IMO. That scene reminded me of the old Star Trek where Kirk drives a Model-T and Spock says while he trusts him as a captain he didn't have confidence in his driving.

You'll have to excuse my friend here, he's a little slow..... 😂😂😂 EDIT: That scene truly reveals who was dumb, and who was dumber.
