Primarily around the Washington team; Washington Post will likely drop the story as soon as their lawyers have given them the go-ahead, because reports suggest this could be huge. Rumors according to insiders and anonymous Post employees claim the Post will allege that: forums.footballsfuture.com/topic/28879-news-out-of-washington/?page=6Which, if any, are true? Could be none, could be all. The Washington franchise may be in big trouble very soon, and if the allegations of owners paying refs are correct, so too could the NFL.

Imagine it gets a new owner, someone who really cares and has good ideas. Or Elon Musk...the tweets alone would be worth it. But no Bezos...

Smart move to hold off on the name reveal. I'm sure they're hoping that news will overshadow whatever bad news is coming out.

If this is true the league will go the same route as the NBA did with the Clippers. What a fucked up dysfunctional organization that trash heap is.

If THAT'S true, the sound you just heard was the NFL collectively shitting their pants. One owner could be contained. There's probably provisions to take a team from an owner for some transgressions, financial improprieties, game fixing. But if its four of five teams, wow, just wow.
I'm not believing it right now. Rumors will by flying that Snyder shot JFK

Well, obvious joke, but if Snyder's paying off refs he's clearly not getting value for money and should funnel more of that into his drug habit.

Snyder's alleged crimes have extended to sex trafficking. Minority shareholders are scrambling to sell their stakes in the team as soon as possible.

If this is just involving one crazy, rogue owner, then that's something that the NFL should be able to handle easily. If this involves more than one NFL owner??? Then Houston......we got a MAJOR problem on our hands.....

Snyder has been further linked to The Greek, international smuggling kingpin. Some say he IS The Greek.

So far the headline the Post just broke was that women who worked for the Redskins were harassed by members of Snyder's inner circle.
Not great, but hardly the scandal that was alleged here.
