How long and at what temperature do I bake them?
The internet instructions say half an hour. I thought more like an hour. Any ideas? Thanks

If you soak them for 15 minutes in warm salted water first they won't dry out.

I don't know which ones enigma is using .. just warning about the frozen salty jobbers. Brining those could be salt-overload !

Would probably work. I think the bit of salt had some reason when I first tried it.
I tend to do shake and bake style.

I usually bake 1/2 chicken breast for 1 hour at 350. But, I always use bone-in, skin-on for baking. I suppose that 1/2 hour would work for boneless, skinless, but I only use that for stir-fry, kebabs, or some kinds of pasta with chicken.

I finally figured out they are talking about boneless skinless. Mine were not. Thanks!
