If I remember correctly, before John Henry and his group bought the Red Sox, there was pretty serious talk about getting rid of Fenway. Seems crazy now, but that was the scuttlebutt in the 90's.

I remember that. I thought it seemed reasonable enough, considering they were expecting Fenway to fall over from a woodpecker.
