It's worth mentioning that for some of you, the 12 Angry Men listed here is not the famous 1957 film, but the 1997 made-for-television film.

And in the same respect, the INHERIT THE WIND listed is not the 1960 film but the 1999 tv film that was among Scott’s last.

If people are paying attention that the poll is about PERFORMANCES and not the movies themselves, then the date of the movie doesn't need to be specified. If people are voting for George C. Scott's non-existent performance in 12 Angry Men (1957) than I don't know what to say.
