It is a fun Groundhog Day rip-off.
Personally I think the script is a bit too thin and redundant of other movies to be anything special though. We just had Happy Death Day 3 years ago and Source Code 9 years ago, as well The X-Files episode "Monday."

I really enjoyed it (more than I expected). I think it's a clever and unique spin on the time loop premise.
