Don't think I said he did. Who's the he in the kickback situation? Given the Mandarin and Tilda Swinton [whitewashed Asian characters indicating an indifference or racist attitude toward Asians in the MCU entire] I doubt he [Joseph "Jeph" Loeb III] got much kickback for it [reaction to his treatment of Asians on television from those above him].

There was some backlash on the movie side. The thing about the Netflix stuff is that nobody really knew those characters so really didn't care. Also, the Mandarin was supposed to be the main villain and the Ancient One was like 3rd down main character. Nobu was a footnote in a tv series (had to look up his name because I forgot...). I think if he was the main villain of the season and he got the same treatment then he might have case. But for now he's just an actor that's upset he didn't get more. Like a Ray Fisher or Mickey Rourke.
