You forgot to add the option: "Evil, but useful." That would've been my choice.

My only problem is: why can't they let one know the shipping method before purchase? It shouldn't matter where the item comes from, there should be something that says: USPS, FedEx, UPS. As someone with a business I would love to order more, but we have a PO Box. And Amazon ships to whichever address is listed first. If I put down the street address & it ships USPS-we don't get it...period. I put down the PO Box, we have to wait until Saturdays to go & get anything that doesn't fit in our box.

Kind of like the devil-offers you an attractive deal but there's something to feel guilty about. I use them for selling stuff but I feel like it's kind of a rip off though the only game in town.

I've chose the second option "Love Them. Though I've Had A Few Problems With A Few Orders From Them They've Always Made It Right".
Order stuff from them all the time.

Amazon... a very useful and convenient evil. Much like Dunkin Donuts.

They get a lot of my money but are becoming a clearinghouse for Chinese junk and seconds. It's getting harder and harder to buy quality anything, so I can see myself spending more with other retailers.
