Yanks @ O's, two beasts of the East clash tonight. charity? I thought maybe the O's were keeping the 23,000,000 Dollar Man away on purpose. "No Chris, no game today, snicker". "Yeah Chris, we have a four game series in Los Angeles, snicker"
He helps the team more when he's at home

He’s got some power, but not much else, not a good base hitter but good for a solid number of HR’s each year.

The good news? I got to watch Mike Yastrzemski park one in the water for his first home run of the year.
The bad news? I also got to watch Giants pitching as the Padres have built up a 6-2 lead.
Those Padres might be pretty damn good.

Dodgers/Astros tied at 2 going into the 12th inning!! I actually made it to the end. I don't hate the rule as much as I thought I would. Nice to know a game can still go 13. I like the comment about how the "fans" were still there when a lot of the real ones would have left. Though I doubt they would have given the Dodger-Astros tensions.

Those Padres might be pretty damn good.Best bullpen in the NL, superstar mojo in Tatis and Machado (although their lineup is a bit top heavy) and if Garrett Richards can stay healthy and be strong in 2 spot, they'll really have something with him and Paddack leading the rotation. Taking 3 out of 4 from the D-Backs in a short season really helps them out in the early going. I'd be terrified of that bullpen in a playoff series.

Those Padres might be pretty damn good. The NL West is very solid, other than the Giants every team looks solid. The Dodgers agreed, the Padres I'm bullish on after seeing them play a few times over the past week, the D-backs have a really good rotation and their lineup has some juice. I just don't like the Rockies team at all. Arenado and Trevor Story are great, and Charlie Blackmon is brilliant at home and useless on the road. The rest of the lineup kinda sucks and their pitching staff simply isn't good. Of course, this year, any team can reel off a 9-1 stretch and be playoff bound, and the Rockies are certainly capable of that with their home field advantage, but all things being equal I have them being sub .500.
