My sister claims her computer, router and cellphone have been hacked.
The hackers have gotten into all her accounts and changed passwords.
She says her bank and e-trade accounts are safe.
But of course she's worried. And generally it's a nuisance. (They've changed passwords, locking her out of her accounts. When she straightens things out, they just change them again.)
She's afraid if she gets a new computer, they'll just get back in through her hacked router. If she gets a new router, they'll just get back in through her hacked computer.
She also thinks they have gotten into her Alexa and Firestick.
Any advice or ideas?

Did she use the same email for all accounts? Not wise at all.
Getting a new router is the easiest one to do. If she still has control of the computer than I would back up whatever important files and wiped the computer clean and reinstall the OS. The phone and getting back accounts is harder for me to advise other than enable 2-factor authentication, use a password manager with the passwords no less than 25 characters long with none dictionary words or to the max that whatever site allows.
