I see nothing wrong with it. It's a fat woman in Wonder Woman cosplay. It's another example of trying to take the sexiness and athleticism out of female characters.
Edit: I'll go even further and say that they are just trying to take just the sexiness out of women. It's either make the women fat/out of shape or way overly muscular. Either women never exercise or they live in the gym.
