PROS; I thought it was better than the movie.
I've seen both the movie, and both seasons of the TV show. I liked the TV show better.
I thought the acting was good (both Esme Creed-Miles and Mireille Enos were terrific), the dialogue was smart, and the music was good (I didn't know any of the songs. But I liked them and found them appropriate), and there are lots of exotic locales all over Europe and Northern Africa.
And I don't agree with many of the complaints about it not knowing whether it's a action/thriller or a teenage angst movie. It says right in the description --- it's both. And it is both.
CONS; Obviously this show is aimed at teenagers and twenty somethings. I think anybody over 30 would (or should) find it kinda silly.
It's loaded with plot holes and plot errors. Anybody familiar with geo-politics, law enforcement, crime and espionage is gonna find this show to be ludicrous.
"A rogue United States agency kidnapping baby girls and training them to be teenage assassins?" Yeah right.
I gave it a 6 because I'm 61 years old. If I was in my teens or twenties I might give it a 9 or 10. Inspite of it's ludicrousness, I found it entertaining.
