She's the most fascinating and mysterious, and one of the most powerful iconic badasses in the Marvel universe 616. Her original costume is just the BEST.
Actually, we need a Spider-Woman solo movie featuring the right actress and a convincing adaptation of the original costume, not the crappy suit they gave her in the last few years.
Spider-Woman is even more interesting than Spider-Man, her powers are greater and her personality is far more complex to explore.
Who agrees?

That's weird and interesting.

That's weird and interesting. Didn't they retcon that origin out in favor of her pregnant mom getting hit by a laser that had spider DNA in it? She is then brainwashed and trained by HYDRA. Then you add in the SHIELD element and you have the Captain Marvel movie.

A New Avengers team with her in it would be cool.

A New Avengers team with her in it would be cool. Or an A-Force movie?

That's weird and interesting. Who did this first Marvel or Thundercats? That sound just like Lion-O from the original Thundercat cartoon, I liked it.

That sound just like Lion-O from the original Thundercat cartoon, I liked it. Spider-Woman was created (as animated character) in 1979. The TV series was a moderate hit here in Italy, and I loved it. It was wonderful. Well, Jessica's origins for the TV series were a bit different. As child, she was bitten by a spider, and her father (a scientist) used on her an experimental "Spider Serum" of some sort. That combination gave her spider powers. Her comic book origins, well, I think those were conceived in 1980, not before. Still, to answer your meaningful question, she predates Lion-O. Great similitude, even.

Her origin was published in 1978...it was one of the first comics in my collection She first appeared in print in 1977 in Marvel Spotlight She wasn't created for TV. She was actually created initially to prevent other publishers taking the name. DC sued Marvel for having a "Wonder" Man. And later DC introduced Power Girl after Marvel's Power Man. So she was initially created to prevent any possible copyright issues.

P.s: I loved her first "HYDRA" outfit, without the hair getting out of her mask.
