It's very close between Aliens and The Terminator for me, but I'm gonna have to go with The Terminator.

I'm the ONLY one who voted for Terminator 2?
It's hard to pick between that and Alien to be honest. For years I've always had The Dark Knight as my favourite movie followed by either Aliens or Terminator 2.

Probably Terminator 2, although in recent times I think I've preferred the brutal economy and dirty style of The Terminator. And just to muddle things up further I think Aliens is his best, most satisfying film. But T2 is ingrained in my brain, the music, the imagery, the way Cameron seemed to take the action blockbuster to its apotheosis. And for such a gigantic summer movie it's pretty raw and graphic in places, even disturbing.

Of all the films by James Cameron that I have seen, I really can't think of one that I didn't like. Tough question for sure but I'm going with Titanic.
