I do like Hodge a lot, but what ever happened with Alexander Skarsgard?

Ugh, this sucks. Whatever happened to DC/WB wanting to cast someone who wouldn't be dwarfed by Dwayne Johnson? Hodge is not a tiny guy but he'll still look puny next to the Rock. Alexander Skaarsgard was a way better option.

Alexander Skaarsgard was a way better option. You talking about in height? Height and overall skeletal size. Muscle can be added on but it's very hard to make someone taller or make your limbs long or shoulders broader.

Hodge or Skarsgaard? Hodge is 6' or 6'1, which is relatively average for Hollywood leading men. Skaarsgard is 6'4 or 6'5, which is pretty tall for Hollywood standards. And though Hodge is pretty buff, a bigger frame means you can pack on more muscle mass. To get an idea of their size difference, it's almost as big a size difference as Channing Tatum and Joe Manganiello:

I do like Hodge a lot, but what ever happened with Alexander Skarsgard? What happened to Alexander Skarsgard you ask, has DC ever appropriately cast any superhero character apart from Cavill? Which I think was just luck.

I do like Hodge a lot, but what ever happened with Alexander Skarsgard? I meant has DC ever appropriately cast a superhero role since Henry Cavill not before. Of course Bale and Reynolds were all great in their roles.

That's a tad bit of exaggeration. Affleck and Gadot were great. I did mean to say since Henry Cavill. Of course DC has made perfect castings before.

Sarah Shahi joins the cast. Earlier reports suggested she would play Dwayne Johnson's love interest Isis.

I wonder if they’re going to keep that name. Sure, it was the name of an Egyptian deity, but that’s not exactly what people associate the name with these days.

Maybe they will change it to Zari like in Legends of Tommorow? Oh bugger I hop this doesn't mean they are going to take Zari off of LOT, I like her dammit.
