1)In 1985, a little girl in the Greater Toronto Area named Nicole Morin, left her apartment to go swimming (the pool was in the building), & has never been seen again, right down to this very day.
2)In 1983, a little girl named Sharin' Morningstar Keenan (also from the Toronto area) disappeared from a playground, where she was playing. Her body was found stuffed in a refrigerator in an apartment near where the playground was. Because the body was found in an apartment, the police know exactly whom they were looking for, because of the occupant of that apartment: Dennis Melvyn Howe. They even managed to learn some facts about him. He was from out West, & relatives in other provinces, & if memory serves me right, at least one in the USA, I believe. However, Dennis Howe completely disappeared right off the face of the Earth. The police have never been able to find him right to this very day. Every once in a while, something comes up, that the police think they know where he is, but, always turn out to be a red herring. The creep has manage to allude justice, right as I am posting this.

(Apologies if I change the criterion for my list from "creepiest" to "most interesting," but some are both...)
D.B. Cooper, of course, but also...
Benjamin Bathurst
The captain and crew of the Mary Celeste
Louis Le Prince, whose disappearance seems a real-life impossible crime
The captain and crew of the Carroll A. Deering
Barbara Newhall Follett
The Beaumont Children
Lord Lucan
I'm sure there are more, but these few come to mind. I have a great interest in real-life unsolved mysteries, if you haven't guessed.

What about Flight 19? Would you include that in the list? Yes, of course, Flight 19! How could I forget that? And it set off on my birthday (Dec. 5), too!

Same how about that ship in austrailia the dudes disappeared off coast as well. Yeah, Kaz II, just over 10 years ago now. I remember it well. Some others not mentioned yet: The Disappearance of Joanne Ratcliffe and Kirste Gordon. (Two girls who went to go to the toilet during a football match in Adelaide back in 1973, and were never seen again. A man closely fitting the description of a man seen with the Beaumont Children was reportedly seen with the girls shortly before they disappeared.) Jodi Huisentruit. Easily the perfect abduction. Practically no evidence exists as to who did it or their motives behind it. Ben Padilla and the jet he was alleged to have been flying.

Elisa Lam.
On Jan. 26, 2013, 21-year-old Canadian tourist Elisa Lam checked into the Hotel Cecil in downtown Los Angeles. On Feb. 1st she vanished without trace.
When Elisa first checked into the hotel, she was in a hostel-style shared room. She was later moved to her own room due to complaints from her roommates of "odd behavior." The last time she was seen was on surveillance footage in the hotel elevator. In the footage, Elisa is behaving oddly: She is seen darting in and out of the elevator and hiding in the corner... she also seems to have some sort of conversation in the hallway, though it's unclear if it's with an imaginary or real person.
Eighteen days after she was last seen, her body was found naked and floating in a 4-by-8-foot water tank on the roof of the hotel. She was only found after guests complained about the low water pressure in the hotel.
One couple recalled that the water came out black and had a bad taste, but they didn't complain at the time because they thought it was "normal for L.A."
The toxicology report showed there was nothing in Elisa's system that could have contributed to her death. Her autopsy showed no signs of trauma.
To get up to the water tank, Elisa would have had to climb out of a window and onto the fire escape, or through a locked and alarmed rooftop door. Then climb up a 10-foot tank, and opened and then closed a 20-pound hatch.
And that's not the only weird stuff that has happened in the Hotel Cecil. It was also home to serial killer Jack Unterweger, the site of an unsolved murder in 1964, and was supposedly one of the last places the Black Dahlia was seen.
Numerous people have killed themselves by jumping from the building.
Her death remains unexplained.

Numerous people have killed themselves by jumping from the building. Her death remains unexplained. I suppose I didn't think of Elisa Lam--whose death is one of the most intriguing (how ghoulish does that sound!) of modern-day real-life unsolved mysteries--because her body was discovered, as you noted, so she didn't just disappear, never to be found again. With that said, she did disappear for a while, and the case is one of the creepiest I know. A few points, mostly of the skeptical variety: I've seen it noted that the "locked and alarmed rooftop door" was not actually locked or alarmed, only that there were signs that said so. Also, Elisa's behavior in the elevator is consistent with her having overused drugs (perhaps for her bipolar disorder), which might have been absorbed into her body while she was in the tank and thus not shown up in the autopsy. On the other hand, I have no explanation for how she opened the tank, walked or fell in, and closed it up again (the why may be drugs again). Also, the video footage was heavily edited, as confirmed by several sources, which seems incredibly mysterious to me.

Some more disappearances that have always interested me, thanks to Unsolved Mysteries and such:
Justin Burgwinkel. A young soldier who'd confide in his girlfriend that he was working with military intelligence, and always carried a briefcase around with him that she was not allowed to see. He told her to watch the film White Sands if she ever wanted to know what he was doing. Shortly after purchasing two handguns and a large amount of ammo, he vanished without trace. Months later, his abandoned car was found with his wallet, ID and Dog Tags in it. A really bizarre disappearance.
Lenny Dirickson. I genuinely believe this guy is either still alive or died long after he was supposed to have.
MV Joyita. The Pacific's Mary Celeste.
Elizabeth Campbell. Vanished after an argument with her boyfriend. Over the following few months after her apparent abduction a woman matching her description was seen at multiple locations across Texas, always in the company of an older man who refused to let her leave his side.
Tara Calico. Disappeared whilst out bike riding in New Mexico. A photo apparently showing Tara and an unidentified boy bound and gagged surfaced in Florida a year later, but there's also a theory that she may have been killed in a hit-and-run and her body was buried not far from where she was last seen. If that's true, than who the hell were the two kids in the photo?
William Tyrrell. There's got to be more to this case than they're letting on. It took them one whole year to release crucial information regarding a mysterious vehicle seen near William's home around the time of his disappearance, not to mention that his family know a number of convicted sex offenders and paedophiles, several of whom were in the vicinity of his home that particular day.
