They have a rough schedule, but still. That's the same as the Titans and 1/2 win more than Carolina. Oddsmakers obviously know something.
Arizona Cardinals 7.5 Atalanta Falcons 10 (u-120) Baltimore Ravens 9.5 (u-125) Buffalo Bills 6 Carolina Panthers 9 (o-120) Chicago Bears 5 Cincinnati Bengals 8.5 (o-120) Cleveland Browns 4 Dallas Cowboys 9.5 (o-120) Denver Broncos 8.5 (o-120) Detroit Lions 8 Green Bay Packers 10 (u-120) Houston Texans 8.5 (o-120) Indianapolis Colts 9 (u-115) Jacksonville Jaguars 5.5 (o-120) Kansas City Chiefs 9 (o-120) Los Angeles Chargers 7.5 Los Angeles Rams 5.5 (o-120) Miami Dolphins 7.5 Minnesota Vikings 8.5 New England Patriots 11 (o-120) New Orleans Saints 8.5 (u-120) New York Giants 9 (o-115) New York Jets 5.5 (o-120) Oakland Raiders 9.5 (o-120) Philadelphia Eagles 8.5 Pittsburgh Steelers 10.5 (o-120) San Francisco 49ers 4.5 Seattle Seahawks 10.5 Tampa Bay Buccaneers 8 Tennessee Titans 9.5 (u-120) Washington Redskins 7.5 (o-120)

I would be surprised if they won that many. They are the only team in the division to get worse.

Dallas is one of those teams that it doesn't matter how well they do in the regular season. They will invariably wet themselves the first chance they get in the playoffs. Last season showed that they don't need Tony Romo to fail.

I think it's about right. Secondary has long been their biggest issue. As long as it isn't improved, the great O-line and solid QB play of first Romo and now Prescott isn't taking them anywhere.

Dallas got worse, Giants got MUCH better. I see 9-10 wins, this is a scary bet. Texans at 8.5, interesting. They got a QB, a defense, WR and a RB. Rookie QB but hey, can he be worse than Brock!? Indy did get better on Defense though.
Im surprised the Giants are at 9. I think they might get to 11 and win the division.

I still think all four teams in the division are solid, but I think it goes something like this:
1. Giants 2. Eagles 3. Dallas 4. Washington

I also think you will need 11 wins to win the NFC East this year. All four teams are too good.

I also think you will need 11 wins to win the NFC East this year. All four teams are too good. The Redskins will be terrible, 6 wins if they're lucky. Eagles aren't there yet, I see 8 wins, 9 tops. Division will come down to the Cowboys and Giants. Hold a gun to my head and I'll say the Cowboys, which means the Giants will take it since I'm terrible at making predictions.

Yep, I don't get this Cowboys didn't get better stuff. Even if they didn't they won the division last year with a 13-3 record and they didn't get any worse. Hell, their starting QB and RB now have a year of experience. I hate the Cowboys as much as anyone, but they are still the team to beat in the NFC.

Sure, RG3 also had a year of experience, never did do anything much after his rookie season. You just never know, sophomore slumps happen all the time, and now defenses also have a year to prepare for him now. Now Dallas is on peoples radar.
My issue is, yea, I dont think they got better, at all. Which is fine.....BUT....look at what the Giants did! Marshall > Cruz....Marshall is a superior stud to Cruz, with Beckham, that is fn scary.
They beefed up their defense. NOT only that, they beat Dallas twice. Am I saying Dallas will miss the playoffs....idk, football is weird. It's not like basketball, where you can easily pencil in about 8 teams (Ok Ok, you can pencil in NE, but who is consistent like them?)
Im just not sure, who does Dallas even have for a CB? If I was them, id try and nab Sherman (From Seattle). See if you can offer something for Richard. They need a CB...badly.
It'll be interesting.

That's because shadyvsesham is a Patriots fan and is afraid that the Cowboys are going to win their 6th Super Bowl this season.
shadyvsesham claims that the Cowboys got worse because they lost a lot of defensive players in free agency. But as we saw in the playoff game against the Packers, the Cowboys defense wasn't that great that season so losing players from that defense doesn't hurt the Cowboys that much anyway. And the Cowboys were able to fill many of their needs in the draft, using 5 of their 7 picks on defense.
The Cowboys rated an A- in the draft: www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000804541/article/2017-nfl-draft-quicksnap-grades-for-all-32-teams. So the Cowboys were able to get some good players in the draft despite picking so low. And like you said, Dak and Zeke now have a full season's experience playing together. I agree that the Cowboys are the favorites in the NFC.

You clearly don't know much football because you seem to think that if 1 team swept a team last season, then they're going to be better than that team this season. It doesn't work that way. In 2015, Carolina swept Tampa Bay and went to the Super Bowl. In 2016, Tampa Bay swept Carolina and finished ahead of Carolina. Each season is different. Sweeping a team in a previous season doesn't mean you're going to be better than them this season.

He's clearly a Texans fan dude. No, he's clearly a Patriots fan. That's why he defends Brady so vigorously and tries to build up Brady as the greatest QB ever when everybody knows that Brady is a cheater and fraud and know that at least 4 of Brady's championships are tainted by cheating and have an asterisk.
The dumb Patriots fan even tries to claim that Brady is as great as Michael Jordan, who never got his butt kicked in an NBA Finals and was never found guilty of cheating and never suspended for cheating like Shady Brady was.

Generally people overestimate team wins unless they keep a running total for all teams and check that the wins and losses balance.
