I heard Orson Welles and Peter Sellers didn't get along to the point where their shots had to be filmed separately in "Casino Royale."
Also heard that Robert Shaw and Richard Dreyfus really didn't like each other in "Jaws."

A classic example would be Bill Frawley and Vivian Vance (a/k/a Fred and Ethel Mertz), who apparently loathed one another with a passion.
Rumor also hath it that Mae West and W.C. Fields disliked one another with similar intensity.

Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers. I think though dat was more just hurt feelings than they could not stand each other even though they didn't speak to each other for many years. They've since buried da hatchet, i think when John Ritter died.
Dustin Diamond and da entire cast of Saved By The Bell. No one likes him. I know he acted like a total arsehole when i watched him on a season of Celebrity Fit Club.
I remember Arnold Vosloo telling a story on a late night show, dat while working with Kenneth Branagh they actual charged each other and tussled. I can't remember what movie though as i never liked either one of them. The Mummy maybe? I don't know.

I believe that I read that none of the cast members liked Terri Hatcher on the set of Desperate Housewives.

Jon Lovitz and Andy Dick. Lovitz blamed the latter for Phil Hartman’s death at the hands of his wife who then committed suicide. Lovitz thinks he gave her the drugs that caused her to snap.

I think in later years Dick has virtually admitted he gave her coke just prior to the murder, but not unsurprisingly seems to absolve himself of any responsibility for what happened. I've never much liked him anyway, and his attitude about this doesn't make me like him any more.

Also heard that Robert Shaw and Richard Dreyfus really didn't like each other in "Jaws." I've read and heard that Dreyfus was difficult to work with on many movies. He recently admitted he is bi polar which might explain some of it but is not an excuse. He also said Bill Murray was a "drunken Irish bully" during the filming of What About Bob and Murray tried to smash him in the face with a large ashtray but was so drunk he missed. It's interesting that the entire cast of Charlies Angels sided with Lucy Liu about her issues with BM and Murray was replaced for the sequel. He is a talented actor and comedian but seems like he's also a mean drunk and a jerk.
