Sox put up a 4 spot in the 2nd again. Not all at once, mind you. We're not unprofessional like the Padres players.

Is the Yanks-Braves on anywhere? See it on MLB mix. but not on the listed channels. Not on ESPN, who usually blocks Extra Innings.
MLB is showing it

Hell of a debut by Ian Anderson as Braves beat Cole 5-1. Anderson gives up only 1 hit and 1 run. Well done young man.

Brewers sitting out today's game, like the NBA Baseball can't afford more cancellations. The tropical storms will rain out some games, more than likely. This season never should have been played
Giants-Dodgers looking to follow suit. won't be the last.

I tried but couldn't think of one. Something about flutes or Yankees needing an aqualung after all those futile swings? Nothing was landing and I didn't get a chance to start watching until the 6th inning so I didn't want to force anything.

I tried a variation on Too Old to Rock and Roll but Too young to Throw a No-No but the beginning sucks

There can't have been many baseball players named Ian much less Ian Anderson. He has such a smooth delivery and calm demeanor it's hard to find any obvious jokes about him and harder to tie in Jethro Tull or even brit folk rock too. Maybe by his next start we can have something ready. I definitely want to catch the replay of this game later. Kid has some nice stuff.

Casey Mize in Detroit, Sixto Sanchez in Miami, Triston McKenzie in Cleveland. I need something to latch onto this season.
Ian Kinsler Ian Kennedy Ian Desmond Ian Happ someone for the Rangers I can't be bothered to look up

They were supposed to be but we all know how that doesn't mean much in sports. Although Ian Anderson was a very nice surprise today. One game isn't enough to go on yet but man those 2 innings I got to watch he looked brilliant.
