Of course she killed her daughter. Yes I know that. But I saw some people on the board "so did OJ kill Nicole" that there are actually people so clueless that think he did not do it. So I was seeing if there was more clueless people that think Casey did not kill her daughter. Her mother said it all when she opened the trunk of Casey's car. She said my God it smells like a dead body was in here. |

even though she was found not guilty, one can reasonably conclude she is guilty. And although in the eyes of the law she is innocent, she still proved to be a disgusting human being by partying and getting tattooed while her daughter was missing.

If she did not murder her child then, at the very least, Casey ignored Caylee to the point where she passed away being unsupervised without care. She should have been convicted of child negligence.
But, a jury of her peers found Casey not guilty on all counts, so...

Just shows our justice system is far from perfect. If I was on that jury no matter what the evidence was it would have been very, very hard for me to get over the fact she did not report her missing for 31 days. |

She's at least guilty of second degree murder. You can cover a person's mouth with tape OR cover a person's nose with tape. But if you cover both with tape it's as good as smothering someone to death with a pillow. It's actually more deliberate than leaving a baby or a dog in a hot car to suffocate in the heat, and that'll get you a murder conviction.
On top of it, like other people said she hid what she did for a month. And that should've made her guilty of additional charges.

It was 31 days!This is a common misconception, Casey NEVER reported her missing, the grandmother finally did after a month of getting stonewalled by Casey's lies that Caylee was okay. |
