And I say as with OJ Simpson, I have no idea since I wasn't there to witness it.
Sometimes you don't have to be there to know they both (Casey & O.J.) did it. All you have to have is a little common sense. You want to think so? Fine. I have no idea and will always stay that way.

no she did not. She is Innocent. There was no proof. Sometimes you don't he to have a smoking gun to know someone is guilty. All you need is a little common sense. Dog picks up the scent of human decomposition in Casey's car. Air sample test from Anthony's car indicate there were human remains in the trunk. Arpad Vass testifies that the only plausible explanation for the odor in Casey's car trunk is the presence of a decomposing human body. Casey lied about Caylee being kidnapped by a nanny. ( Why in world would Casey lie about that?) Off and on for 31 days Casey's mother Cindy asked repeatedly to see Caylee but Casey refused. ( Come on. Why would Casey refuse to let her mother see her granddaughter?) Caylee's death was ruled a homicide. Casey's own mother said that her daughter's car smelled like there had been a dead body in the trunk. Casey Anthony got away with murder. No doubt about it.

There is no doubt in my mind that she got away with murder. Like the OJ trial, this became a public spectacle and circus. That is a sure-fire way to ruin a trial.

People that hurt children or the elderly should be put down. They are not worth trying to rehabilitate.

I firmly believe in innocent until proven guilty, and in this case I really have no idea what happened. If it was first degree murder I think they would have proven it, second degree or manslaughter are totally possible though.

I know the story, the question is how she died not whether Casey covered up the death. We don't know how Stacy Peterson died, but we KNOW she's dead and we KNOW her husband killed her. What we know is that Caylee did not drown in any damn pool, and anything that wouldn't be Casey's fault would not have had her throwing her daughter away like garbage to cover it up.

You can't be that stupid as to think OJ didn't do it--How do you explain the Bruno Magli shoes? the cut on his finger the next day? the fact that he changed his story 3 times about what he was doing at that time? the fact that his blood was at the crime scene?(even the defense pathologist ackknowledged this, the Asian guy)the fact that the gloves fit perfectly the second time in court? the fact that he was found guilty in the civil trial, and that he FAILED the lie detector test with the worst score possible? btw The police were called to his and Nicole's house 8 times previously
