How about an Aristotle Onassis movie? i know they've been trying for years with an Arbuckle movie but basically it doesn't work out at all.

Doubtful.
There is no money in it and he is not as well known today as Chaplin, Chaney and Keaton, all of whose stories have been (somewhat) told. His rise and fall are certainly dramatic. However, the circumstances of his crime and series of trials 100 years ago don't have the same impact on jaded modern audiences who have witnessed several high profile celebrity trials over the last couple of decades.
If I had to pick one silent film star for a bio, it would be Clara Bow whose early life was a horror story. Even at the height of her career, Bow faced harsh criticism over unfounded rumors of her supposed scandalous lifestyle that, even if true, pales in comparison to the exhibitionists in Hollywood today. As with Arbuckle, there is no money in it, and who knows Bow today except Classic and Silent film fans?

Dunno. I might watch an Arbuckle documentary but I rarely, if ever, watch bio-pics anymore. They are based on history but are fiction. You really don't learn much about their subject that can be trusted.

There was going to be a biopic with Chris Farley, but he passed away. Now, a generation has passed, which most likely have never heard of Fatty Arbuckle. If a biopic is to be made, it will likely be produced by Netflix or Amazon Studios since there's hardly any popular interest in him outside of classic movie lovers.

John Belushi and John Candy were, apparently, considered ...
From his IMDb page:
A screenplay about his life floated around Hollywood for years but never got sold. At one point, John Belushi was considered for the role, then John Candy, then Chris Farley. All three died suddenly and the script has been shelved indefinitely.

Maybe, but it would have to be a passion project sort of thing where a big director gets it made in exchange for other (more commercial) work with the studio.

I guess no. Weinstein was framed, all others drowned in boating accidents.
