I seldom get bored--but nowadays, when I do, I think about why I'm bored (in other words, helped to cause the situation that leaves me that way), and some of the people I blame for my boredom, and how glad I'll be when that situation changes. Hint: it should change, for better or worse, starting in November.   However, I don't dwell on my boredom for very long. After a short wallow in the above thoughts (which, after all, are usually pretty useless), I try to do something I enjoy, like reading a new book or re-reading an old favorite, or playing music, or watching a well-loved movie, or working on my own latest book. |

I don't get bored much. I can always enjoy wandering through the memories of people I've known, places I've been, things I've seen and done. Everything I've enjoyed about life.

I'd say that if one is bored, they would only be thinking they were somewhere else, or had something else to do. Whatever it is they think about doing, or where they would rather be, is irrelevant.

If I'm bored it means I'm probably stuck at someone's house or in a waiting room. I usually think about the things I want to do later that night in my free time or the next day if I'm off.

I don't get bored unless I have to drive long distances or do something boring at work. In these situations I usually think about what I'm going to do when I get home.
