That's easy, because SPIDER-MAN (2002) is one of my favorite movies period. Would Unbreakable count as one? I think it does, but I should point out that Mr. Glass says "This was an origin story" in the 3rd installment.

Their didn’t really have an origin story. He was already Thor.
My favorites would be Spiderman, Spiderverse, Batman Begins.

Wow! So far a tie between Superman and Batman Begins!
I am surprised that nobody voted for Aquaman.
Or even Wonder Woman.
Or Black Panther!

That one is strangely missing from the poll. I am assuming the OP just overlooked it.

Yes, I did overlook Deadpool.
Sorry for the oversight.

Yes, I did overlook Deadpool. Sorry for the oversight. Also X-Men: First Class, which is much more an origin film than X-Men (2000).

I was wavering between X-Men and X-Men: First Class, but in retrospect I see that now. There were a few where I had to think about that, like Batman and Batman Begins. And Spider-Man and The Amazing Spider-Man, which are both origin movies, but I definitely left out the Marvel Spider-Man movies because those are definitely not origin movies.

Depends on how you are defining origin movie. Batman (1989) just drops us into Bruce Wayne's story when he first goes out as Batman, but it doesn't show us the process of him becoming Batman. Black Panther is tricky too, because he is already technically Black Panther in Captain America: Civil War.

True, although in the Black Panther movie we learn about the tradition and succession of the Black Panther, and T'Challa, although he assumes the mantle of Black Panther in Captain America: Civil War and the beginning of Black Panther, in his own movie he still has to prove himself worthy of keeping that mantle.
I forget, though, was he Black Panther in Civil War before his father was killed, or only after?

Batman Begins, followed by Superman.
I don't consider Black Panther an origin movie.

Whoa! Batman Begins is overtaking Superman at the moment!

Interesting. I always considered Batman Begins a close second to Superman myself. Although I think a few have come quite close to challenging Batman Begins. Of all the superhero films listed here, I've always felt that Superman is the least comic book- and superhero movie-like, at least until Clark Kent becomes Superman. It comes off as a classic epic film that just happens to be about a superhero. I think that’s the goal. To make an Epic film, but about Superman. Like in the style of classic Hollywood film Epics. The birth, childhood, and adulthood until the main character goes through his arc and becomes the hero. Almost like Greek Mythology.
