Best early game Green Bay @ Minnesota - will watch this on the NFL ticket free preview I'm guessing Romo will do Dolphins @ Patriots Best late game Bucs @ Saints - Fox I am immensely annoyed that NFL Game Pass charges more for a week than NBA game Pass charged me for 1 whole year (showing me every regular and post-season game). I thought about it and decided not to buy NFL subscription because I can't pay for every site. I already have subscription to NBA league pass, Disney+Hotstar (Soccer, cricket, F1) and Sony (EUFA CL/Cup, Italian Soccer, UK cricket covered). I just read that NFL entered into a partnership with Fancode which is a multi-sport aggregator. Fancode will show 5 games of NFL every week. I don't know how much will I need to pay for those. If they just let me watch seahawks games for a reasonable fee per game then I can pay otherwise I will probably have no means to watch NFL this season and would have to resort to see highlights on youtube.

Okay, I checked Fancode. They will only charge me 0.12USD for seeing Seahawks game (today's game only). So I am relieved that I will be able watch Seahawks game tonight! Edit: I decided to buy their 5 NFL games a week for all weeks offer for just 3USD. So I can see 5 games every week. Don't know how many of those weeks will feature seahawks games.

Patriots undefeated & leading the AFC East. I liikkke. Browns wtf means we've not abandoned hope of humanity baseline quite yet. Watching Bucs-Saints felt like watching XFL. Brady looks fine, but not sure if they think that's a super team because they'll need to string a bunch of W's together before scaring anyone. Eagles lost because I bet on them. lols All in all, a terrific opening week. Question - have we reached peak NFL stadiums, first time ever? I'm not counting Jacksonville & Buffalo because frankly, those markets don't really need $1.4 billion dollar replacements. Weird. All this time the shield threatening owners who dabble about new buildings... and that carrot has sailed? Kansas City maybe, but can't possibly be on the clock now until the Mahomes era is up in 15yrs.

How about Dwayne Haskins? Stepped up to rouse the team at halftime while Coach Rivera had to receive an IV. Then leads them to a comeback win over Philly. What a dude.

"NFL exec Troy Vincent sent a 'sharply worded' memo to clubs today, reminding coaches on importance of wearing face coverings on sideline, as @seifertespn reported. Different coaches approached mask rules in different ways -- and many noticed. If it continues, fines will ensue."
A lot of coaches were wearing masks as chinstraps, to be honest.

I've seen a few rip them down to yell at ppl, including refs. How many yards for spreading a virus?

Bill Belichick's mother has passed away at the age of 98.
I really really hope some journalist doesn't ask him about this at a presser.

Michael Thomas is out several weeks with an ankle injury. Devastating blow to the Saints as he is one of the top receivers in the NFL and their main pass catcher. I always hate seeing star players go down with injuries.

You want to see a competition between two teams when they are playing at their full potential and not when one is hurt and the other is not. This is the biggest problem with NFL it seems. The injury rate (especially season ending injuries) is just too high.

Pre-ordered this book... available by the end of Sept. Been receiving solid coverage from several notable NFL writers. Instead of a posthaste thing about the last season or whatever, it seems Jeff Benedict has been piecing it together for years now... which is the angle I want, just wasn't expecting it so soon 2020.

βWhen the Seahawks host the Patriots, it will feature two of the most dynamic dual threats ever: Cam Newton (3) and Russell Wilson (2) are the only QBs in NFL history with 3,500+ pass yards & 500+ rush yards in multiple seasons. All other QBs have combined for 4 such seasons.β

bluerisk It seemed you were looking like very interested in supporting Lamar Jackson. I don't see participation by you in this year's NFL. And how are you liking your favourite Brady on a new team?
