Not necessarily. In my country there's plenty of people who have actually defaulted on their college loans without being communists. Complaining might just be his way of venting some frustration.

What does he think of free health care? That's part of the appeal of coming to Canada. Is that why Chinese and Russians go there? I'm not sure why Portuguese do.

Not necessarily. In my country there's plenty of people who have actually defaulted on their college loans without being communists. Complaining might just be his way of venting some frustration. the communist label is thrown around so frequently these days in the age of corona.
